Drainfield Installation
Drainfield and Leach Field Installation in Ocala
The drainfield is where treated effluent returns to the soil, and it is the most expensive part of a septic system to replace. Nhatoi-nyc builds gravel-trench and plastic-chamber absorption fields sized directly to your perc rate, so wastewater disperses through the soil instead of surfacing or backing up into the house. A failing field off SE Maricamp Road is often the first sign a system was undersized years ago.
Why the Perc Rate Rules
- Sizing. The percolation rate sets how many square feet of field your soil needs, and we never guess at it.
- Separation. We build to keep the required four feet of vertical separation from the seasonal high water table or bedrock.
- Longevity. A correctly sized field on the right soil disperses effluent quietly for decades near 34481.
Our Process
We confirm the perc rate and water table, then excavate level trenches, place washed drainfield gravel or gravelless chambers, lay perforated distribution pipe off the D-box, and cover the field with filter fabric before backfill. When we replace a failed field, we assess whether the tank and distribution box are still sound so you only pay for what needs replacing.
